NEW HAVEN, CT – The Vassar men's fencing team fell 7-20 to Yale on Saturday morning. Both epee and foil went 2-7, while sabre was 3-6. Junior Evin Heintz (Pearland, TX) was the top Brewers' finisher at 2-1 at sabre.

At foil, Noe Berger (Brooklyn, NY) and Caleb Klein (Chappaqua, NY) each posted bout victories. Conor Travaglione (East Northport, NY) added sabre's third win against the Bulldogs, while Abram Gregory (North Smithfield, RI) and Jack Plumer (Bel Air, MD) gave the Brewers their two epee wins.

Vassar is back in action next weekend for the NFC Multimeet #3 held at Tufts on Sat. Feb. 9 at 10 a.m.
