Troy, NY - The Liberty League announced its weekly award winners for Outdoor Track and Field on Monday afternoon as Vassar College Women's Track and Field junior Haley Schoenegge scored her second straight Outdoor Track Performer of the Week.

Schoenegge shattered her own 5,000 meters school record and posted the top time in Division III this season at the Sean Collier Invitational at MIT. Schoenegge turned in a time of 16:15.60, finishing two seconds faster than her previous record time set last season at the same meet, to place second overall behind University of Maine's Ruby Krasnow.

Vassar will return to action this weekend at the Penn Relays on Thursday before hosting the Vassar April Twilight Meet on Saturday at 2:00 p.m. at the Weinberg Track.
