POUGHKEEPSIE, NY (September 27, 2016) – The Brewer field hockey team will take its seven-game winning streak on the road again on Saturday afternoon, battling the No. 12 Herons of William Smith College in action at McCooey Field in Geneva, NY. The Brewers (9-1, 1-0 Liberty League) are coming off a 2-0 win over Hartwick College Wednesday, while posting their seventh straight shutout in the process. Vassar is 3-0 on the road this season, and 1-0 against ranked opponents, having defeated No. 10 Montclair State 1-0 last week.
