MANAHAWKIN, NJ - The Vassar College Field Hockey team was honored on Wednesday afternoon as 19 student-athletes that were named to the prestigious 2025 National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Division III National Academic Squad.
The NFHCA recognizes more than 1,800 outstanding undergraduate student-athletes from 147 institutions named to the 2025 Division III National Academic Squad.
Sponsored by OPA Winning Teams, the NFHCA National Academic Squad program honors undergraduate student-athletes who have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher through the fall semester, nominated by their NFHCA member coaches.

Three NFHCA collegiate academic awards are still to be announced. The NFHCA Scholars of Distinction will be unveiled on February 13, followed by the NFHCA National Academic Team awards on February 17, and culminating with the announcement of the National Scholar-Athlete on February 19.
