2019: A key member of the Vassar squad both on offense and defense…started all 18 games she played in, totaling 790 minutes on the field…tallied one goal and two assists for a total of four points…had two assists in the 5-2 win against St. Lawrence on October 25th.
2018: A force for the Brewers, using her speed to advance both Brewer offense and defense…tallied five goals and one assist…scored a huge goal in the Brewer defeat over Skidmore College…posted 1044 minutes, starting in every game she appeared in.
2017: Liberty League All-Academic Team…Had another strong campaign for the Brewers as an integral part of the defensive line… started and played in 16 games for the Brewers…dished out 6 assists on the year, good for the most on the team and eighth in the Liberty League.
2016: Dealt with early season injuries but came on late to be one of the Brewers most dependable defenders...played in 16 games for Vassar, starting the last eight games, while scoring once and assisting on two other goals...her first assist came on a long cross to Emma Bracken in a 2-0 win over Hartwick...assisted on a goal in a huge 2-1 overtime win over the University of Rochester, sending a ball to Megan Caveny after losing her shoe...tallied her first collegiate goal in the Liberty League Tournament against Skidmore..helped a back line that allowed just 13 goals all season, and allowed just 0.72 goals per game, fifth-best in NCAA Division III field hockey...had a hand in Vassar's eight-game shutout streak.
PRIOR TO VASSAR: Played three sports for the Wildcats of Winsor High School in Boston, MA...starred for the field hockey team, where she was a team captain as a senior...voted as the EIL All-League in field hockey as a senior...named the Field Hockey Cup MVP as a senior...also earned All-EIL accolades on the lacrosse field...earned NEPSWLA All-Star honors in lacrosse as a junior...played for the East Coast Wizards travel team.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Helen and Randy Plante...has one sister, Valerie (31)...majoring in biology.
