2016 All-Liberty League Second Team
2017: Saw action in eight games, starting in two of them… got her starts against SUNY Geneseo and Western Connecticut State…amassed three saves in goal for the Brewers with a save percentage of .600
2016: Had a stellar second season for the Brewers as a sophomore, becoming one of the best goalkeepers in the conference...started and played all 18 games for Vassar, allowing just 13 goals all season...posted a .83 goals against average for the season, which led the Liberty League and also was eighth in NCAA Division III...made 52 saves, as the .800 save percentage was tops in the Liberty League as well...set the record for all-time and single season shutouts in 2016, as the team finished with 11...made six shutouts on the year alone, while combining on another five...made a season-best nine saves in a home loss to Kean University...allowed just two goals through the first 10 games of the season...had a strong game against No. 10 Montclair State, as she turned away four shots for a 1-0 shutout win...set the school record for wins in a year with 14.
2015: The freshman goalkeeper played all 18 games for a total of 1260 minutes…posted a total of 53 saves, playing a key role in Vassar’s six shutouts. Had an 1.56 goals against average and a .654 save percentage…a solid presence in the cage and key force for the Vassar defense.
PRIOR TO VASSAR: Starred for two seasons for the Mavericks of La Costa Canyon High School...helped her team to a CIF San Diego final in 2014, finishing as the runner-up...was an AP Scholar and National Charity League member...also competed for the San Diego Hot Stix.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Alan and Linda Amico...has two siblings, Carinne (27) and Ryan (30)...mathematics major...chose Vassar over Wesleyan University, Washington & Lee University, Oberlin College and Bowdoin College.
