New Haven, CT - The Vassar College Men's Fencing team battled against Division I foe Yale on Saturday as the Brewers fell 21-6 to the Bulldogs at Payne Whitney Gymnasium. The sabre squad earned a victory over Yale at 5-4 to lead the way for the Brewers.

  • Sophomore Alexander North earned a victory while senior Brian Li and first year Jing Seto each competed in three bouts.
• Foil - Yale 9 Vassar 0
  • Sophomore Ethan Capra, first year Declan Gill and first year Aaron Taplin all battled in three bouts.
• Sabre - Vassar 5 Yale 4
  • First year Jason Jensby tallied two victories to lead the Brewers to a squad win.
  • Sophomore Devan McCarthy, sophomore Karthik Shankar and senior Oliver Berger each scored a win.
