Madison, NJ - The Vassar College Men's Fencing team hit the road for a midweek matchup against Drew on Wednesday evening as the Brewers fell 12-15 to the host Rangers. The sabre squad led the way with a 7-2 record on the evening.

How It Happened

• Epee - Drew 5 Vassar 4
  • First year Jing Seto posted a perfect 3-0 round along with senior Brian Li earning a victory.
  • Sophomore Sam Sosnick battled in two bouts and sophomore Adam Elkashef competed in one bout.
• Foil - Drew 8 Vassar 1
  • Sophomore Alexander Gobbo scored a victory for the Brewers.
  • First year Aaron Taplin battled in three bouts along with sophomore Ethan Capra fencing in two bouts and classmate Nico Lotto competing in one bout.
• Sabre - Vassar 7 Drew 2
  • First year Jason Jensby led the way with a 3-0 record while sophomores Devan McCarthy and Karthik Shankar and first year's Neal Cusumano and Luca Savoy each tallied a victory.
