Men's Fencing Tussels With Yale

Brewers return to action at Wagner next Sunday

NEW HAVEN, CT - The Vassar College Men's Fencing team traveled to Division I foe Yale on Saturday afternoon for dual meet action at Payne Whitney Gymnasium.

YALE 19 VC 8

Epee - YALE 7 VC 2
- Junior Eli Weise earned both victories as junior Sean Fisher and first year Linus Barnes battled in three bouts each.
Foil - VC 5 YALE 4
- Senior Benjamin Lee posted a perfect 3-0 mark to lead the way for the Brewers along with sophomore Isaiah Kim earning two victories.
- Sophomore Federico La Rosa battled in two bouts while senior Frank Ryan fenced in one bout.
Sabre - YALE 8 VC 1
- Sophomore Oliver Berger tallied a victory while sophomore Fernando Panepinto Hattori and junior Noah Rudnet each competed in three bouts.

UP NEXT

Vassar will head to Wagner to compete in the Brian Palestis Memorial Invitational on Sunday, February 4th.
