A Look At The Brewers: Men's (4-0) and Women's (3-1)
  • The men's team comes into Saturday on a four-match wining streak, recently defeating both Lafayette College and Swarthmore College on Saturday, 7-2 and 6-3, respectively.
  • Five men's starters, including freshman Viraj Nadkarni, have gone undefeated over the past four matches. The rookie, playing at the No. 2 spot, beat all his opponents last weekend by margins of three or more – continuing his strong collegiate entrance.
  • Viraj Nadkarni was named Liberty League Rookie of the Week, while Richard Bryenton was named Performer of the week on Monday for the performances last week. The full release can be read here.
  • Against Swarthmore, the Brewer men won all their matches in straight sets, including a sweep in the No. 7, 8, and 9 positions.
  • The 4-0 winning streak is the best start to a season since the 1993-94 season where the men went on to win 15 matches.
  • The women's team looks to continue their win streak after blanking Colgate University on the road Saturday, 9-0.
  • After losing to an imposing William Smith (5-0), the Brewer women rebounded quickly against Colgate University, with all but one of their victories coming in three games.
  • The 9-0 victory against Colgate University marks the second time this season the Brewer women have shut out a team after a flawless defeat of Fordham University earlier this month
  • Freshman Alessandra Pilkington has had a tremendous start to her career, recording a near 70 percent win rate over the past 4 games.

A Look at the Camels: Men's (0-0) and Women's (0-0)
  • This will mark the first match for both the men's and women's teams, as they'll be looking to start their season on a high note.
  • The Camel men's team graduated four seniors last year, however will be adding six freshmen this year.
  • They will also be looking to come back from a tough season last year, in which they finished with 14 loses. Eleven of those setbacks came by 9-0 or 8-1 margins.
  • The women's team will only be returning two starters from last year after graduating four and having three players currently studying abroad.
  • The women's side will welcome five first-year players and one that is returning from studying abroad to the squad.
  • Anne Holly will be playing a very big role for the Camels this year, having been called the "epitome of a team player with outstanding dedication" by head coach Ted Childs.
A Look at the Fords: Men's (2-0) and Women's (1-0)
  • The men's team is coming off two huge wins against the University of Washington and University of Richmond last weekend at the Navy Round Robin.
  • Ryan Dukarm and Aaron Horwitz both had strong matches and picked up wins for the Fords against the University of Washington.
  • Their second match against the University of Richmond was a much cleaner and well focused match for the Fords, winning 8-1.
  • The Fords will likely be trying to replicate their style of play on Saturday against the Brewers.
  • The women's team also had a very strong showing at the Navy Round Robin last Saturday with a resounding 9-0 sweep of Johns Hopkins.
  • Isabelle Gotuaco and Kaitlin Reese both dominated with a sweep that included an 11-0 set.
  • Freshman Mason McNulty and Anna Kullnigg both posted fairly dominant wins, only allowing two points in their impressive debuts.

Next Up: Both Brewer sides will host Tufts University on Sunday, Dec. 4 at Kenyon Hall.
