- Rebecca Andrews landed on the Honor Roll of this week's Liberty League release, as announced on Monday. The sophomore assisted on the game-winner in the Brewers' 4-1 triumph over MSMC and scored the equalizer in their 2-1 taking at RPI. The full release can be read here.

- In the Hero College Sports News rankings, Vassar jumped to No. 35 of 440 Division III women's soccer teams.
- According to Massey Ratings, Vassar's strength of schedule is the 19th hardest in the country out of 435 Division III women's soccer teams.
- The Brewers will ride a five-game winning streak into Rochester, NY, having beaten Skidmore College 7-1, Clarkson University 3-1, St. Lawrence 4-0, MSMC 4-1 and RPI 2-1.
- The Brewers have outshot opponents 191-111 overall and 95-55 in shots-on-goal. Of their 27 total goals, 19 have been assisted.
- Vassar has picked up its aggression in the second half, scoring more than three times as many goals after the break, 21-6.

- Stephanie Tapolsky has been solid in net for the Brewers, fending away 39 shots for a 6-5-0 record, including a shutout. Fellow keeper Phoebe Reuben has also spent time in the cage, making two saves for a 0-0-1 mark.
A Look At The Tigers (6-5-1):
- The Tigers have dropped three of their four most recent matches, most recently falling 1-0 at Union on Oct. 8. RIT has strung together back-to-back wins just once this season.
- The Tigers have struggled in comparison to their 2015 campaign, in which they finished 12-4-2 overall and 6-1-1 in Liberty League play. RIT made a first-round exit in last season's Liberty League Tournament, falling 3-1 to St. Lawrence in the seminfinals.
- RIT is tied for third in the Liberty League standings with six points, alongside St. Lawrence (7-3-2, 2-2-0).
- The Tigers have outshot opponents 179-135 overall and 75-63 in shots-on-goal. Of their 15 total goals, 13 have been assisted.
- RIT has shown balance in its game, scoring eight goals in the first half and seven in the second.
- Anka Parzych leads the Tigers with 11 points on five goals and an assist. Sami Alur has also helped on offense, totaling five points (two goals, one assist) off the bench for the second-most points on the team.

Against RIT All-Time: The Brewers are 4-4-2 against the Tigers all-time, dating back to their first meeting in 1990. Vassar will be looking for its first win over RIT since 2007, having gone 0-2-2 in their four most recent matchups.
A Look At The Herons (12-0-0):
- Before the Herons host the Brewers on Saturday, they'll face the Bard Raptors on Friday.
- The Herons have proved to be unstoppable so far this season beating all 12 of their opponents and posting eight shutouts along the way. The last goal William Smith conceded was in a 3-1 win over University of Rochester on Sept. 17.
- The Herons are hoping to build off their 2015 campaign, in which they finished 19-1-2 overall and 8-0-0 in conference play. William Smith was crowned last season's Liberty League Champion, taking down Vassar 5-0 before topping St. Lawrence 2-0 in overtime for the title.
- In the 2015 NCAA Championship, William Smith advanced all the way to the quarterfinal match before falling to No. 6 Williams on penalty kicks.
- William Smith has outshot opponents 220-39 overall and 118-19 in shots-on-goal. Of the Herons' 45 goals, 34 have been assisted. On the flipside, William Smith has surrendered just four total goals.
- Kara Shue leads the squad with 26 points on nine goals and eight assists. Second on the team in points is Evie Manning, who has 16 on seven goals and two assists.
