Izzy Rennoldson Joins Women’s Soccer Coaching Staff

New assistant joins Brewers from RIT

Poughkeepsie, NY – Vassar Head Women's Soccer Coach Madeline Buckley has announced the addition of Izzy Rennoldson as the program's new assistant coaching leading into the 2026 season. Rennoldson joins the Brewers staff after serving as an assistant at RIT during the 2025 campaign.
 
Rennoldson comes to Poughkeepsie with college experience at the Division III and Junior College levels and has led three teams at the club level for the Rochester Rush.

She brings valuable experience at the collegiate and club level that will translate well to our program. Izzy also brings a passion for the game and ability to work with student-athletes to maximize their potential and engagement. I look forward to having Izzy as a coaching partner and member of the Vassar Athletics team."
 
Rennoldson got started in college coaching in 2023, serving as an assistant at Monroe Community College until 2025. Rennoldson assisted in the day-to-day running of the program, including planning of training sessions, recruiting and travel. Rennoldson helped mentor teams that won a pair of conference championships and advanced to the National Tournament.
 
In 2025, Rennoldson joined the staff at RIT and helped the Tigers to a 10-4-6 overall record and a 5-3-1 mark against Liberty League rivals. Rennoldson managed the midfield group in 2025 in addition to assisting with training and travel plans. In 2025, the Tigers advanced to the Liberty League Championship Final, knocking off Union in the First Round and #22 William Smith in the semifinals.
 
At the club level, Rennoldson helped in the managing of 18 teams and 12 staff members with the Rochester Rush since 2023. Rennoldson coached the 2008, 2009 and 2011 girls teams with the Rush with the 2009 team from the bottom of the local league to the NPL Championship this past season.

Rennoldson, who holds a National Class 'D' and Grassroots license, graduated from the University of Buffalo in 2023 with a Bachelors of Arts in Business. Rennoldson is currently working towards a Masters in Managing Women's Football from the University of Portsmouth-The PFA.
