A Look At The Mountaineers (4-2, 2-0 NECC)The run-and-gun Mountaineers have won their last three games, after going 24-5 last season and winning the ECAC New England Championship in 2014-15 with a two-point win over Fitchburg State. Earlier in the season, Southern Vermont competed against two ranked opponents in No. 21 Salisbury and No. 6 St. Thomas (MN), losing by just one to the Sea Gulls. That's What He Said"Southern Vermont is a very good team and this is another good challenge for our young group. We play a very contrasting style and the outcome will favor the team who is capable of dictating the tempo of the game. We are poised for the challenge and it has been exciting to watch our young team mesh together. We still have a long way to go but there is a lot to be proud of and excited about." - Head coach BJ Dunne
