Greenwood, IN – The Vassar College Baseball team had four student-athletes honored for their academic and athletic excellence on Tuesday with Academic All-District accolades. Seniors
Daniel Laderman,
Bradley Markind,
Marc Milano and
Ricardo Reyna all earned academic honors from the College Sports Communicators.
Laderman, a Neuroscience major, finished his four-year career with a .275 batting average after tallying 22 hits, 10 runs scored, 16 runs batted in and five extra-base hits in 2025. Laderman has been named to the Liberty League All-Academic team all three seasons eligible and earned his second straight CSC Academic All-District honor.
Markind, an Economics major, records his first Academic All-District honor as he started in a career-high 28 games at first base and tallied 19 total hits and registered an on-base percentage of .373 in 2025. Markind has been named to the Liberty League All-Academic team three times in his career.
Milano, an Economics major, earns his second straight CSC All-District nod as he closed his career with a .289 overall batting average after hitting .279 this season with 24 hits, including nine extra-base hits, and drove in 16 runs. He also garners a career .398 on-base percentage and has recorded three career home runs. The senior has been named to the Liberty League All-Academic team in all three of his eligible seasons.
Reyna, a Political Science major, collects his first CSC All-District selection as the senior finishes his Brewers career with a .303 batting average and has been named to the Liberty League All-Academic team three times. Reyna recorded his 100th career hit this season and closes his career with 116 career hits, including 30 career extra-base hits. The senior drove in a career-high 24 runs this season and has amassed 65 career RBI and 71 career runs scored.
Vassar concluded the 2025 season with a 14-19 overall record and a 5-9 mark in Liberty League play.
