Vassar To Offer Virtual Fitness Program

POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. As the public health situation related to COVID-19 continues to unfold, the Vassar Department of Athletics and Physical Education is currently offering FREE access through April 30 to Wellbeats, an easy-to-use on-demand wellness program that provides classes, challenges, and fitness assessments that can be accessed from home. Vassar will be offering select Life Fitness classes through Zoom as well.

Life Fitness

Classes offered through Zoom are listed below. Individuals already enrolled in those classes will receive an email from Mike Callahan with the link for the class and instructions for participation. All other Life Fitness classes are cancelled until further notice.

Early Bird Pilates with Teresa
Monday & Wednesday at 7:30 a.m.

Pilates with Teresa
Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 12 p.m.

Yoga with Cassandra
Monday at 4 p.m. & 5 p.m.
Wednesday at 1 p.m. & 4 p.m.

PiYo with Lisa
Tuesday & Thursday at 4 p.m.

Northern Wu Style Taijiquan with Brian
Monday at 8 p.m.
Tuesday at 1 p.m.
