  • Just two weeks ago Vassar topped both Bard and Union outscoring these opponents 143-82.
  • The Brewers lead the league in three-point field goal percentage (.360), led by Nicole Teta with 27 on the season. 36% from the arc ranks 21st nationally.
  • The squad is shooting .412 on the season, fourth best in the conference, holding opponents to .374.
  • Sophie Nick leads the team in points (235) and free throw percentage (.818). Her stellar free throw performance is second-best in the conference.
  • With 1,251 career points, Ariella Rosenthal currently ranks 7th all-time at Vassar.
  • Five Brewers are averaging at least five points per game, led by Nick (13.1), Rosenthal (11.0), and Teta (8.4).
  • Defensively, VC holds opponents to just 56.3 ppg, third-best in the league.
  • The squad is averaging 39.7 rebounds per game, led by Rosenthal and Nick, averaging 7.1 and 6.7 respectively. The defensive duo rank 7th and 8th in the conference.
  • With one more victory, the Brewers will post their winningest season since 2013-2014, still with at least seven games to play.

A Look at the Raptors (0-17, 0-11 LL):
  • Still seeking their first victory of the season, Bard recently posted their highest score in conference (50) against St. Lawrence. The squad has surpassed 50 just two other times to date.
  • In the recent contest with St. Lawrence, junior Sarah Morris matched a career high 19 points.
  • Offensively, the Raptors are led by Caleigh DeCaprio (9.0 ppg), Erin Kennedy (9.0 ppg), and Elena LeFevre (6.9 ppg).
  • DeCaprio is a threat from the arc, with 32 three-pointers made, ranking fifth in the conference in 3FG/game (1.9).

  • Freshman Kate Esposito leads the Raptor defense, with 6 blocks, 12 steals, and 106 rebounds (6.2 reb/game).
  • DeCaprio and Esposito have hardly left the floor this season, averaging 37.9 and 34.9 minutes respectively, the most in the league.

A Look at the Dutchwomen (5-12, 2-9 LL):
  • Looking to break a four-game losing streak, Union will take on RPI Friday night before matching up with the Brewers.
  • The Dutchwomen are just 2-8 to date in 2018.
  • Union loves to compete late in the game, scoring well more than half their points on the season in the second half.
  • The team has out-blocked their opponents in nearly all contests to date, averaging five blocks per game while holding opponents under two (1.9).
  • Senior Jenni Barra leads the Union offense, averaging 11.5 points/game.
  • Barra ranks fourth in the conference in both 3FG and 3FG per game (2.0).
  • Defensively, Nicole Conley adds a team-best 7.5 rebounds per game. Conley ranks 6th in the conference in rebounding.
  • Conley tops the Liberty League in blocked shots, averaging an impressive 2.6 per game (44 total). Elly Vaughan also adds 1.1 blocked shots/game, ranking fourth in the conference.

Against Opponents All-Time: Vassar has never dropped a contest with Bard (18-0). Union holds a 29-17 edge over Vassar historically, though Vassar has won three of the last four contests.
