Last Time Out
Vassar faced two Liberty League opponents this past weekend at home. The Brewers fell short in a tight battle with Rochester Institute of Technology on Friday, 11-13, before coming out the next day to post a 12-8 victory over University of Rochester. The Brewers never trailed, jumping to a quick 3-0 lead. Rochester answered with a 4-1 run early in the second half, but could not withstand the Brewers' team effort. Fiona MacLeod scored a hat trick while, Storm Sideleau and Isabelle Goldstein both posted four points. Prior to the contest, Vassar honored its three seniors, Isabelle Goldstein, Paige Abramowitz and Kim Mulvehill for their contributions to the program.

A Look at No. 19 Union Dutchwomen (9-4, 6-1 Liberty)
William Smith College handed No. 19 Union its first Liberty League loss Saturday in the dual. With this, Union drops to second in the conference with just one week of the regular season left to play. This would be the Dutchwomen's' first league loss in 15 games. They will look to regain momentum heading into the final weekend. In the contest, Maggie Comiskey earned a season high eight points on five assists and three goals. She is averaging 2.31 assists per game, second among the Liberty League.

A Look at the William Smith Herons (7-7, 6-1 Liberty)
The Herons are coming off a big win against the Dutchwomen last Saturday to steal first place in the conference. They will face the Bard Raptors on Friday before taking on the Brewers. William Smith will look to continue its  three-game win streak. Heron senior Hannah Connolly posted her 100th career goal Saturday. Sophomore Ella Calder marked a season-high four points with three assists and a goal.

Connonlly leads the Herons with 35 points (25 goals, 10 assists), while Alexandria Bird has 29 points (22 goals, seven assists), Melissa Moore has 19 points (18 goals, one assits), and Geneva Calder has 19 points (13 goals, six assists).
