A Look At The Brewers
The Brewers (3-2) shut down a Western Connecticut 3-1 lead in the first quarter by ending the period with a three-goal gathering by junior

Noah Parson (Cary, NC/Panther Creek) led the Brewers with a career-high six goals and three assists in the Vassar 23-8 win over the Colonials.
Senior
Andrew Nicol (Carmel, NY/Brewster) has allowed 47-of-92 shots on goal. He has faced a total of 144 rips so far this season. Parson and Herman are co-owners of Vassar's points leader slot with 23 each. The sophomore has 16 goals and seven assists while Herman has scored 15 times and helped eight. Cederna follows in close pursuit with 20 points off of 12 scores and eight assists.
The Brewers' defense is leading their opponents 60-37 in caused turnovers and the team in general has only turned the ball over 94 times while its foes have lost possession 130 times. Vassar's shooters have placed the ball on target 144 instances this year with 75 goals as results. The Brewers have only allowed 97 shots on goal and 49 balls finding the back of the cage. They have also outscored opponents 25-8 in the fourth quarter.
A Look At The Engineers
13 different RPI players scored in the Engineers' 22-4 win over the Knights of Mount Saint Mary College on Wednesday. RPI scored the first 13 goals of the game before the Knights could get on the scoreboard. Breanainn McNeally recorded four tallies and added an assist on the evening. Out of the four players who played in goal for the Engineers, none of them recorded a save from Mount's nine shots.
McNeally leads the Engineers with 21 points from 16 goals and five assists. Patrick Finn is the team-high assists leader with 11 while also placing second on the squad with 18 points. Alex Castronovo is RPI's starting goalie with 58 saves and 35 goals allowed. The Engineers earn more than half their season goal total in the first half, scoring 36-of-60 in the two quarters. The Engineers have picked up 195 loose balls while their foes have only grabbed 141.
Against RPI All-Time
The Brewers have never defeated the Engineers since their first meeting in 1999. RPI had two close calls in 2010 and 2012, winning 6-3 and 9-4, respectively.
