What to Look For:

Last Time Out:
Four different Colonials finished in double figures, as Western Connecticut State downed Vassar 92-51 on November 25. The Colonial offense, which came into the matchup averaging 90.0 points a game this season, used a key 19-4 first half run to open up a lead and cruised in the second half to secure the win.

A Look at the Bantams:
Trinity enters Sunday's matchup 3-2 on the year, previously topping Framingham State 59-46 on November 25. The Bantams are averaging 73.4 points per game, while shooting 45.0 pct. from the field in five games this season.

Trinity finished 15-11 overall last year, falling in the NESCAC quarterfinals to Amherst 80-62 to end the season. Junior guard Jaquann Starks has been an impact player for the Bantams, averaging 15.2 points and 1.4 assists so far this year. Sophomore forward Ed Ogundeko has been productive on both ends of the floor, averaging 12.2 points, 8.0 rebounds and 1.2 blocks this season.

Previous Encounters:
Vassar picked up its first-ever win over the Bantams last season at the Trinity Invitational on New Year's eve, earning a clutch 63-62 win to capture the tournament title. Then-sophomore Johnny Mrlik (San Francisco, CA/St. Ignatius College Preparatory) made a pair of free throws with 0.4 seconds on the clock, sealing the one point victory for VC's seventh straight win.

Trinity took all five previous meetings between the two schools, which were all played between 1990-93.

Brewers Among Conference Leaders:
Senior Luka Ladan (Belmont, MA/Belmont) currently ranks first in the Liberty League in total rebounds (46) and second in average (9.2). Junior Erikson Wasyl (Durham, CT/Coginchaug) leads the conference in average minutes played, racking up 36.4 minutes per game this season.

Another Career Day:
Luka Ladan became the second senior to match or surpass his career high this season on November 22 against Drew University, tying his career high in both points (26) and rebounds (13). Ladan had previously reached 13 rebounds a year ago when Drew and Vassar met on December 3. Senior Alex Snyder (Rutland, VT/Rutland) scored a career-high 27 points against Wheelock in the team's season opener, smashing his previous best of 19 back in January of 2013.
