Freshman righty

The Brewers split gives the Brewers a record of 7-6 (3-3 LL) and they will next host RPI in a Liberty League double header on Saturday, April 6 at 1:00 pm. The Golden Knights hold a 6-8 (3-3 LL) and will next host Rochester Institute of Technology on Saturday, April 6 at 1:00 pm.
In a scoreless game, the thoughts of extra innings left the minds of fans as Clarkson's Tim Beninati walked to first with bases loaded, picking up the RBI as Scott Morrissey crossed home. The Brewers saw their chance to strike when Jasek hit a grounder to Robbins, who tossed to senior short stop
Mike Perrone, ending the Knights' scoring threat.
Robbins opened the bottom of the seventh with a single to right center. Junior left fielder
Parker Werline attempted a sacrifice bunt but third baseman, Connor Martin, over-threw him at first, not only allowing the sac bunt to advance Robbins to second, but also advancing him to third. Senior catcher
A.J. Kim flew out to center field for the sacrificed RBI and Robbins tied the game 1-1.
Jamie Terry picked up the loss for the Knights, going 0.1 innings, giving up two hits and most importantly, the game winning run.
Back-to-back runs in the third and fourth innings proved enough for the Knights to go onto a 4-0 win in the nightcap against the Brewers who's hitting had fallen, going a total of 3-for-23.
Pete Roma picked up the win for Clarkson, pitching the first five innings and giving up only two hits while striking out six Brewers. Senior
Lawrence Flicker picked up the loss in three innings with four hits and two runs.
