POUGHKEEPSIE, NY (March 1) –The Vassar College men's volleyball team will put its four match winning streak on the line in the most exciting fashion possible: A match against No. 1 nationally ranked Springfield College. On Saturday, the Brewers will travel to Western Massachusetts to face Springfield College at 2:00 p.m. and then play a 7:00 pm match against Elms College.

Vassar Men's Notes (10-5): The Brewers are ranked No. 12 in the national AVCA February 26 poll. Vassar moved up two spots from No. 14 following the successful weekend at Baruch.

Stats: Vassar is in the midst of a four match winning streak, having swept past Bard College in a United Volleyball Confeence match on Wednesday night. In the victory over Bard, Vassar got  a career high 32 set assists from sophomore Colin White-Dzuro and career high nine kills from freshman Erik Halberg.

Next Up: The Brewers will travel to SUNY New Paltz on Wednesday, March 6 for a 7:00 p.m. match.

Springield Notes (13-3):  No.1 nationally ranked Springfield is in the midst of a seven match winning streak. The Pride was tested in its last match, defeating MIT in five sets.
