Vassar Women's Notes (11-3, 4-2): The Brewers are coming off a 2-1 week in Liberty League action, defeating RPI (69-64), falling to Skidmore (69-54) and rallying to upend Union (65-58). In those games, Vassar has averaged 62.7 points a game, opponents at 63.7 ppg. Vassar has held a 42.7-37.7 advantage in rebounding. While the Brewers have shot .320 from 3-point distance, opponents have sizzled at .40 percent (15-37). 

Stats: Junior guard Cydni Matsuoka ranks third in the Liberty League in scoring (17.4 ppg), leads in field goal percentage (.53 percent) and free throw percentage (.909) and 3-point field goal percentage (.441). Farmingdale Notes (6-7, 4-2, Skyline):  The Rams are on a two-game winning streak, having defeated St. Joseph's (49-35) and Mount St. Vincent (61-54) in their last two games.

Coaches: Vassar is coached by Candice Brown, who is in her 4th season. Brown has led the Brewers to back-to-back Liberty League Championships and appearances in the NCAA Division III Championships. She was the 2010-11 Liberty League Coach of the Year.
