POUGHKEEPSIE, NY (April 22, 2011) -- The Vassar College baseball team split the first doubleheader of the series against Rochester on an overcast Friday with an impressive 10-1 win in game one and a narrow 5-3 loss in game two.

Rochester's Adam Sullivan relieved Jeremy Diller and promptly escaped the jam with a lineout, strikeout, and groundout. Sullivan pitched a perfect ninth inning for a six-out save, his third of the season.
