Kriz had a great week, as he helped lead the Brewers to a 2-1 week including a win over No. 6 Nazareth Saturday afternoon. Wednesday at the Sage College, Kriz posted a match-best 19 kills to help VC to a four-set win. Saturday against No. 6 Naz, Kriz finished with 21 kills on 51 swings, hitting .196 in the process while posting eight digs and four total blocks. Later in the day, Kriz added 14 more terminations and eight digs in a four-set loss to MIT. For the week, Kriz hit .248 with 54 total kills, averaging 4.16 kills per set. He also posted 1.77 digs a game and 0.69 blocks a set. Kriz added three aces, and his 23 digs were tied for the second most on the squad.Â
