Jahmilia Dennis earned her best triple jump finish at NCAA's with a ninth place finish to collect Second Team All-American honors and sophomore
Amanda Hanrahan made history as the first thrower to qualify for nationals to lead the Vassar College Women's Track and Field team to a tied for 23rd place finish at the NCAA Outdoor Championships on the campus of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
Hammer Throw
- Hanrahan placed 21st nationally with a top toss of 49.01 meters in her first NCAA Championship appearance.
1500 Meters
- Schoenegge collected her third straight 1500 meters national title as she pulled away in the final lap, throwing down a blazing 1:05.16 final 400 meters, to finish with a time of 4:16.73.
Triple Jump
- Dennis reached the final round for the first time in her career as the senior earned a career-best ninth place finish with a top leap of 11.97 meters.
- Dennis finishes her career with four Second Team All-American selections in the triple jump, the only All-American honors by any jumper in Vassar history.
5000 Meters
- Schoenegge finished her incredible day with an eighth place finish to score her second First Team All-American honor of the day with a time of 16:42.43.
- The junior now holds 11th total All-American selections with nine of them coming in track and two coming in cross country.
