Women’s Squash Edged At Chatham

Brewers victorious at five, six and seven

Pittsburgh, PA – The Vassar College Women's Squash team opened 2026 on Sunday afternoon with a hard fought 4-3 loss at Chatham. Lexi Donshik (West Simsbury, CT), Ariadni Markantonaki Kouletaki (New York, NY) and Elta Bajrami (Pristina, Kosovo) all scored victories for the Brewers.

Sunday's defeat drops Vassar to 4-10 overall on the season while Chatham improves to 1-7 through eight contests.

The Brewers were victorious at the final three slots in the lineup on Sunday.
Donshik was victorious at the fifth position after earning an impressive 11-3, 7-11, 11-2, 11-9 triumph.
At six, Markantonaki Kouletaki scored a convincing 11-3, 11-1, 11-3 victory for Vassar.
Bajrami was triumphant at the seventh slot for Vassar, posting an 11-3, 11-2, 11-8 victory.
Sarah Boucher-Rowe (London, UK) battled for Vassar in a 1-11, 11-8, 5-11, 6-11 defeat at the fourth position.
