Troy, NY - The Liberty League announced its weekly award winners for the week ending October 19 as Vassar College Women's Cross Country first year Cate Feudtner was named the league's Rookie of the Week.

Feudtner, who earns her second Rookie of the Week honor of the season, finished in 40th place out of 345 total finishers at the Conn College Invitational White Race with a season-best 23:20.7 as #19 Vassar finished sixth of 34 scoring teams. Earlier this season, Feudtner scored a first place finish at the Fred Pavlich Invitational to help the Brewers for a first place team finish.

Vassar will be off this week and will return to the course for the Liberty League Championship on Saturday, November 1 at the Ronald C. Hoffman Cross Country Course on the campus of St. Lawrence.
