POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. - The United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) announced its All-Academic teams as well as All-Academic selections on Thursday afternoon as the Vassar College Men's and Women's Cross Country teams earned USTFCCCA All-Academic Team awards.
To qualify for All-Academic Team distinction, teams must have a cumulative GPA of 3.1 on a 4.0 scale, including the most recent grading period. The Vassar women recorded a 3.77 cumulative team GPA while the men's side had a GPA of 3.48.
For the individual honor, student-athletes must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.30 on a 4.0 scale and finish in the top-25 percent of their respective regional championship meet.
