The game was previously scheduled for Wednesday night, but due to the impending weather forecast, the game was moved to a day earlier.

Last Time Out: Vassar opened the season with a 14-8 win over Drew on Saturday, February 24. Tessa Waters and Storm Sideleau led the Brewer attack with four points apiece, while three other Brewers tallied three points against the Rangers. Emily Chancey played the full 60 minutes while making nine saves. Sydney Nemphos earned Liberty League Defensive Player of the Week honors after she scooped up six groundballs and recorded a team-high five caused turnovers.

• Abby Manning and Caitlin Wood lead the team with three points each, both tallying two goals and an assist this season.
• Abigail Horst and Emma Richards both scored twice in the season opener.
• Sophomore Allegra Grant made 13 saves with a 59.1% save percentage against the Ephs.

 
Against Wesleyan All-Time:  The Brewers are 0-2 against the Cardinals all-time. The two sides haven't faced off since the 1998 season when the Cardinals claimed a 13-5 victory.
