ANNANDALE-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. – Vassar men's squash swept Siena 9-0 and then picked up a 6-3 win over Swarthmore at the Bard Round Robin on Saturday. The clean sweep of Siena is Vassar's second of the season.

Caden Gruber (Costa Mesa, CA) opened at the first position and went four sets with Siena's Tucker Tavarone. While slipping in the first set, Gruber cruised through the next three with scores of 11-6, 11-6 and 11-1.

Isaac Stuart (Swampscott, MA),
Milind Joshi (Pune, India) and
Travers Parsons-Grayson (Newport, VT) then all picked up 3-0 sweeps of their opponents. Â Â

Gruber then faced Davy Qi in a five-set match where he pulled off the 3-2 win. He won 11-6 and 11-8, and then closed the fifth set 12-10. Wisneski also went five sets at the second spot. He went back-and-forth with Nathaniel Sandalow-Ash, but pulled off the 11-5 final set win. No. 5 Koshi his foe 3-0 with consecutive scores of 11-5. No. 8
Eric Chen (Poughkeepsie, NY) and No. 9 Liam Condon then wrapped up the day with sweeps of their own.
