POUGHKEEPSIE, NY (January 30, 2018) – The Brewers will compete at the Seven Sisters Championships this weekend hosted by Smith College. As the second seed, Vassar will face fourth-seeded Smith at noon on Saturday. And will play either No. 1 Mount Holyoke or No. 3 Wellesley in their second match of the day.

Last Time Out: The Brewers went 2-3 this past weekend. They were 1-3 in the Liberty League Championships and then went 1-1 on Sunday for Senior Day. Sophomore
Samantha Henderson played in all five matches last weekend. She earned a 3-0 win at No. 3 over Olivia Terzian of Bard to start the weekend. The next day, she played the No. 5 and topped Allie Fuller from Conn. College in a five-game marathon in which she took 15-13 in the fifth. She followed that up with another five games against Northeastern, winning the third and fourth to force a final game.
