POUGHKEEPSIE, NY (October 1, 2017) -- The Vassar College men's tennis team finished action Sunday afternoon at the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Northeast Regional, hosted by Skidmore College. 

Freshman David Gandham was the last player for the Brewers in the main draw, as he picked up two wins Saturday to advance to the Round of 16. Once there, Gandham would fall 6-3, 6-0 to Brian Niguidula of Rensselaer Polytechnic Instiute to knock all VC players from the main draw.

Vassar is done for the fall season now, but will now focus on its next match on February 10, 2017 against University of Rochester on the road. Vassar will also have the benefit of welcoming back three players from abroad, as Nick Lee, Robin Drummond and Jamie Anderson will all return.
