Box Score
Dara Davis
(Guilford, CT/Guilford), sophomore Isabelle Goldstein (Belmont, MA/Belmont), Harrang and junior Sophia Rosetti (Bethesda, MD/Holton Arms School) in the first half as they entered the break down 6-4.

Even at the start of the second half, it looked like the Brewers were not making progress even after Goldstein grabbed a pass from Ripecky for the man-up goal at 26:05. Sarkis responded for the Tigers with her third goal of the game just two minutes later.

The Brewers final were able to catch up, tie the game and take their first lead of the day with a four-goal spread. Magney found an open Davis to cut the RIT lead to 7-6 at 22:43. Goldstein paired with freshman Julia Trudell (Newtown, CT/Newtown) for the next two goals. The first-year Brewer got the game-tying goal off the Goldstein assist at 19:10 and then the duo had a repeat performance less than a minute later at 18:27 to take the lead 8-7.

Goldstein then passed the ball just inches about RIT's goalie, Caitlin Conway from behind the net to Tzannes who was camped out in front of the crease. Tzannes also added the Brewers' final goal at 7:01 from a Goldstein helper and that was her 30th goal of her season.

Goldstein was the game-high scorer with her six points from four assists and two goals. She also had the team-best with three ground balls and added once caused turnover. Davis recorded the Brewers' only hat-trick and added a helper while winning two draw controls and going 1-for-2 from free position and scoring the game-winning goal. Tzannes had two goals and one assist, Trudell scored twice and Rosetti had one goal and assist. Harrang added one score while both Magney and Ripecky each helped on one goal apiece.

All the seniors contributed to the Brewers' success on Saturday. Fiore won a crucial draw control, forced a turnover and grabbed a ground ball. Ripecky added two ground balls, one caused turnover and one draw control to her assist. Magney also won a draw control for Vassar. Harrang had two draw control, caused turnovers and ground balls besides her goal. Tzannes had the team-high of three draw controls, forced one possession change and recovered two ground balls to go with her three-point effort.
