Women's Squash To Play For Howe Cup Title

PRINCETON, NJ (February 23, 2008) -- Vassar's women's squash team moved one step closer to a CSA Howe Cup Championship today with a 5-4 victory over Amherst in the second round of the Walker Cup C Division. Down 4-0, Vassar stormed back to win five straight matches, giving head coach Jane Parker her first-ever victory over Amherst. The Brewers will face Middlebury, a team that narrowly beat Vassar, 5-4, in Poughkeepsie, on Sunday for the championship.
