Vann won the decathlon at the Silfen Track and Field Invitational, as the junior posted a personal-best point total of 6,024. The point total is currently tops in the ECAC, and third-highest in all of NCAA Division III. During the 10 events, he posted personal bests in the 110 hurdles (16.02), 1500 meters (4:41), shot put (10.69 meters) and high jump (1.85 meters).
