Ricardo Espinosa, a 5-10 senior from Quito, Ecuador, celebrated his Senior Day Saturday in fine fashion by chalking up a perfect 3-0 record for the Brewers. He started the afternoon with a straight set victory over Siena College, followed by another three-game win over Gettysburg College. In the championship match against Fordham, Espinosa knocked off Kincade Webster in four games. On the day, he dropped just one set and helped Vassar to a runner-up finish at the Hudson Valley College Team Tournament.
