Mrlik was the game-high scorer and the game-high rebounder against SUNY New Paltz in the Brewers' 73-61 win over the hosting Hawks. The win was the first for the Brewers after six years in the Vassar-New Paltz series and also the first time since 2004 that Vassar won at the Hawk Center. Mrlik hit 7-of-16 (.438) on the day and 3-for-4 (.750) from the free throw line. All nine of his rebounds were defensive, making Thursday night's game, a season-high performance, defensively. Besides scoring 21 points, Mrlik also dished out a career-high and game-high seven assists. It is the sixth time in Mrlik's career that he has scored 20+ points.
