With a 10th place finish at the NCAA Atlantic Regionals, Piepmeier qualified for the NCAA Division III Championships. She ran a very intelligent race to finish an impressive tenth overall in a field of 277 runners. Piepmeier's outstanding 22:20 6k race earned her All-Region honors and qualification to the Division III National Championships that will be run at LaVerne Gibson Course in Terre Haute, Indiana next Saturday, November 17. It marks the third straight year a Vassar women's runner has qualified for the NCAA meet.
