At the New Balance NYC Qualifying Challenge at Ichan Stadium on Saturday, Zach Ward capped his sophomore season in promising fashion, by setting two personal bests. Ward ran an 11:53 in the 100 meters and a 23:55 in the 200 meters. “Zach has shown steady improvement all season and it paid off today," said head coach James McCowan on Saturday.
