Vassar College Head Men's Lacrosse Coach John McCreery has announced the addition of Kevin Lambe to the Men's Lacrosse Coaching staff for the upcoming 2027 season. Lambe comes to Vassar following a Division I playing career and with extensive prep coaching experience.

Lambe arrives in Poughkeepsie after serving as the Associate Head Coach and Defensive Coordinator at Saint Marks School of Texas from 2024-26. In that capacity, Lambe helped develop practice plans and led recruiting efforts from a program that won the Texas Class A Championship in 2025.

"Kevin Lambe is a tremendous addition to our coaching staff. Throughout the search process, Kevin stood out for his sharp defensive mind, passion for teaching, and alignment with Vassar's values. I am confident our players will thrive under his leadership, and we are eager to get to work together on the field," said McCreery upon the announcement.

Lambe got his start coaching at L4 Lacrosse in 2019 before moving on to become the Head Coach for the 2027 Texas State Team at Nike Nationals. Starting in 2023, Lambe served as Head Coach for the 2032 ADVNC Team where he helped develop players of all skill levels for ADVNC Club in Dallas, Texas.

Lambe also has experience with Lacrosse Barn starting in 2023 where the program led individual and group lessons focusing on skill development, fundamentals and lacrosse IQ.

Lambe graduated with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Bellarmine, where he was a Division I student-athlete, in 2022. Lambe also earned his Masters in Business Administration from Bellarmine in 2026.
