2014-15: 
Track: The sophomore had another productive and solid season for the Brewers, despite being handcuffed by an injury late in the season...competed in the two short sprint events for the Vassar, along with the long and triple jumps...was a Liberty League Champion in two events this season, winning the 100 meter dash and the 4x100 meter relay...ran an 11.37 in the finals of the 100 meters at the League meet, barely edging teammate Joel Johnson...teamed with Johnson to win the 4x100 relay with a time of 42.94, which was a school record...finished second in the triple jump at the Liberty League meet, jumping a distance of 13.30 meters (43" 7.57')...won all three events he competed in at the Matthew Vassar meet, taking the triple with a distance of 12.47 meters...also set a personal-best in the 200 meter dash win, running a 22.78. 
 
2013-14:
Track: Just missed setting a school record in his collegiate debut, running 23.27 for 200m in adverse conditions at the Monmouth Season Opener...smashed the school record in the triple jump at the Ramapo Invite, flying out to 12.79m, and broke the school record in the long jump with a leap of 6.25m...qualified for the 100m finals at the RPI Upstate Classic with a time of 11.31, where he also jumped a huge personal best of 6.60m in the long jump and 12.63m in the triple jump...lowered his personal best and school record in the triple jump at the Yale Springtime Invitational with a mark of 12.90m and jumped 6.35m in the long jump...the triple jump record lasted just one meet, as he shattered it at the Vassar Twilight Meet with a 13.47m leap to win the event.

PRIOR TO VASSAR: Lettered three years in track at Diamond Ranch High School...was the Hacienda League champion in the triple jump, 300m hurdles, long jump, and 4x400m relay...was a CIF Masters qualifier in 2012...helped team win the Hacienda League Championship four years in a row, from 2009-2012...CIF qualifier each year from 2009-2012.

PERSONAL: Parents are Cilius Lam and Helen Sung...two younger siblings, twins Marian and Michelle...planning to major in biochemistry...chose Vassar over UCLA, USC, Washington University in St. Louis, Northwestern, Rice, and Claremont McKenna.
