2019: USTFCCCA All-Region… NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships Qualifier in the 800m… Placed 11^th overall with a time of 1:52.28… Won the Liberty League 800m title with a 1:52.88…Ran a personal record 1:52.15 in the 800m at the Army West Point Twilight Meet (5/9)… Personal best of 3:59.68 in the 1,500 at the Monmouth Season Opener (3/29)… Won the 800m at the TCNJ Invite (4/5) and the Silfen Invite (4/12).

2018: Strong freshman campaign, going All-Liberty League with a first-place finish in the 800m (1:54.04)… Competed in a total of ten meets… Placed 11^th in the 800 at the Willie Williams Classic (3/16-17), running a 1:56.5… Ran three events at the Ramapo Invitational (3/30-31), placing second in the 800 with a time of 1:57.9… Helped the 4x800 relay to a second-place finish at 8:01.08, and was part of the 4x400 relay that ran 3:31.5… Went second in the Vassar Brewer’s Invitational 1,500m, running a time of 4:05.1… Was third in the 800m at the Lions Invitational (4/27-28) with a time of 1:54.07.. At Liberty Leagues (5/4-5), was second in the 800 prelims, finishing at 1:56.5 and then won in the finals at 1:54.04… Improved to 1:53.1 in the 800m at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier (5/14) and then placed third at the AARFTC Championships (5/16-17) with an 800 time of 1:52.8.
