2021: At the Vassar Triangular Meet ... Finished eighth in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:11.49 ... Helped the 4x400 meter relay team to victory with a time of 3:35.98 ...

2020: Outdoor season canceled due to Covid-19 ...

2019: Competed in nine meets… Personal best of 55.72 in the 400m set at the Monmouth Season Opener (3/29)… Ran a personal record of 2:01.68 at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier Meet (5/13).

2018: Competed in four meets as a freshman… Opened the year with a 57.9 in the 400m at the Ramapo Invitational (3/30-31) … Posted an 800m time of 2:14.6 at the Silfen Invitational (4/14)… Ran a personal best time of 25.3 in the 200m at the Lions Invitational (4/27-28).

PRIOR TO VASSAR: Was a four-year letter winner in cross country and track for the Royals of Lake Ridge Academy...named Most Improved Performers as a freshman, before capturing MVP honors as a junior...was named as a captain for cross country and track his final two seasons...personal bests of 55.56 in the 400 meters, while running a 24.35 in the 200 meters...National Merit Scholar...Locke House captain. 

PERSONAL: Parents John and Jane Lacoste...has two siblings, Jonathan and Joel...majoring in biochemistry...father played collegiate hockey at the University of Maine and works as a goalie coach at Ohio State University..
