XC: Missed the entirety of the 2016 season due to injury.
2015-2016
XC: Missed most of the season due to an injury, but came back as a major force for the Brewers as they entered their championships...ran her first race since Feburary at the Liberty League Championships, where she placed sixth for the squad to run 24:11 to secure her spot on the Regional's team... competed in the NCAA Regional Championships where she ran just behind two other teammates to place 3rd for VC in a time of 23:44.
2014-15:
Track: Missed the entirety of the 2015 season due to an injury.
XC: Excelled in her first season of collegiate cross country, placing first or second in every race and running the second-fastest time ever by a Vassar freshman...ran a new personal best in every race...placed first for the Brewers at the Marist Invitational...placed first for the Brewers and second overall at the Ron Stonitsch Invitational with a time of 19:33 for 5k...led the way for the Brewers at the Saratoga Invitational, placing 16th overall in a competitive field of 201 with a personal best 5k time of 18:05...shined in her 6k debut, running a blazing fast 23:29 at the Williams Invitational on one of the most difficult cross country courses in the nation, placing 23rd overall out of 267 in a nationally elite field to lead the Brewers...placed eighth overall at the Seven Sisters Championship with a time of 23:16 to earn All-Seven Sisters honors...ran 22:45 at the Liberty League Championship, individually placing ninth overall (behind eight national championship qualifiers) and earning All-League honors...ran a personal best 6k time of 22:36 at the Regional Championship, placing third among all freshman, 26th overall out of 272, and earning All-Region honors.
PRIOR TO VASSAR: Earned three letters in both cross country and track for the Patriots of Central Bucks East HS...earned "Beast of the East" award in 2012...named Most Valuable Athlete in 2013...earned second-team All-League in 2013...named Most Valuable Distance Runner for the track squad in 2014...earned second-team All-League in track in 2014...National Honors Society member...French Honors Society.
PERSONAL: Parents are Dan and Gwenn Willcoxon...has one sister, Kaitlyn (15)...cognitive science major...chose Vassar College over Connecticut College, Sarah Lawrence College, Bryn Mawr College and Wellesley College.
