2015-16:
XC:
Helped push his teammates in runs and workouts to the success they found this year on the cross country course. Did not compete in any meets.

2013-14:
XC: Opened the season at the Marist Invitational 5k, where he was the first Brewer to cross the finish line…placed sixth overall and second for Vassar at the Ron Stonitsch Invitational with a 6k personal best of 19:56.25, just six seconds off the course record going into the meet…placed fourth overall out of 129 and first for Vassar at the Ramapo Invite, running 27:01 on the challenging 8k course…ran a personal best time of 26:02.8 at the Geneseo Pre-Regional, placing second for Vassar and 16th overall out of 255…ran 26:14 and placed third for Vassar at the Conn College Invitational, finishing 22nd overall out of 247.

2012-13:
XC:
Was a big addition to the cross country squad in 2012, as he was one of the best freshmen in the conference...finished in the top three of all of his first seven races...started his career with a 13:58 at the 4k Season Opener...posted a 20:27.47 at the Vassar Invite Sep. 5, placing 13th overall out of 110 runners...chalked up a 26:37 at the Rochester Pre-Regional race, leading all Vassar finishers...again paced the Vassar squad at the Paul Short Invite, as he ran a 26:28 for 8k, earning 60th place out of 283 runners...was 16th overall in a field of 192 at the Saratoga Invite, running a personal best at that point of 26:11.03...bested his personal record at the Connecticut College Invite, running a 26:08 to pace all Brewer competitors and take home 25th overall...took home Liberty League Rookie of the Week Honors after his performance at Conn College...earned First Team All-Liberty League accolades after placing seventh overall at the Liberty League Championships, breaking his personal best with a 26:04.

Track: Ran 8:59.59 for 3000m in his collegiate track debut at the Shamrock Invitational in Myrtle Beach, where he placed eighth overall…ran 4:05.23 in his first 1500m race at the Monmouth Invitational…turned in a stellar performance at the RPI Upstate Classic, held near his hometown of Saratoga Springs, NY…at the RPI meet, won the 3000m run with a personal best time of 8:52.54, then doubled back to run a personal best in the 800m, clocking 2:01.57…placed fourth in the 1500m at the Liberty League Championship, running 4:05.93…qualified for ECACs and came within one second of the school record in his first 5k, placing second overall in a loaded field at the Yale Invite with a personal best time of 15:11.91…ran a personal best in the 1500m at the Matthew Vassar Open, placing fourth in 4:03.65…ran 4:03.93 in the 1500m at the Oneonta State May Meet…placed 13th overall at the ECAC Championship, running 15:38.18 in the 5000m.


PRIOR TO VASSAR: Lettered in cross country, indoor and outdoor track for the Blue Streaks of Saratoga Springs High School...ran all four seasons for Art and Linda Kranick in cross country and indoor track and field...competed for coaches Chris Conley and Tom Reilly in outdoor...Suburban Council All-Star in 2010 and 2011...set the school record in the 4x800 and 4x1600...New York All-State Honorable Mention...national competitor in 2012 in indoor.

PERSONAL: Son of Ken Williams and Holy Nye...has one sister, Chloe, who competes in cross country at Vassar...urban studies major...chose Vassar College over Tufts University and Hamilton College.
