XC: Finished 8th of 111, led Vassar to team 2nd place at RPI Invitational with a time of 26:21... led Vassar to team 2nd place at the Liberty League Championship, finishing 4th overall out of 118.

2010-11:
XC: Named Liberty League Performer of the Week for September 6 and October 18... finished 7th of 288, led Vassar to team 1st place at James Early Invitational… finished 34th of 268, 1st for Vassar, in NCAA Atlantic Regional Championship.
Track: Finished 3rd in the 1500m in 4:05.39 and 5th in the 800m in 1:58.15 at the Monmouth Season Opener... 4:04.58 for 1500m at the New Jersey Invitational... finished 2nd at the Liberty League Championship in both the 400m and 1500m, with times of 50.34 and 4:02.79... broke his own school record in the 1500m Run with a personal best 4:00.53 at the Princeton Larry Ellis Friday Night Races... ran on school-record-setting, and winning, 4x800m Relay at the Conn College Silfen Invitational... ran on 4x400m Relay that finished 2nd in its heat at the Penn Relays with a then-school-record time of 3:24.49... ran a then-personal best 1:53.16 for 800m to finish 2nd at the Yale Springtime Invitational... broke 400m school record at the Matthew Vassar Open with a personal best time of 49.82, finishing 1st overall... helped lower the school record in the 4x400m Relay to 3:22.94 to place 3rd at the Oneonta State May Meet, where he also won the 800m in 1:53.37... won the 800m Run at the ECAC Championships and qualified for the NCAA National Championships with a school-record time of 1:51.29... ran on 4x400m Relay that further lowered the school record to 3:21.26 at the ECAC Championships... placed 15th in the 800m Run at the NCAA National Championships with a time of 1:52.21.

XC: Named Liberty League Rookie of the Week for September 28 and November 9... 3rd place finisher at Stevens Invitational meet… finished 13th place, 1st for Vassar at ECAC Championship meet… at NCAA Atlantic Regional Championship Meet, finished 64th of 264, 1st for Vassar.
Track: Finished 2nd in the 1500m at the NJ Invitational in 4:05.25... set a school record and finished 3rd in the 1500m at the Liberty League Championships, running 4:02.47.

PRIOR TO VASSAR: A 2009 graduate of Minnehaha Academy...Participated in the Minnesota High School Championship all four years of high school...Named to the Tri-Metro All-Conference team three times...Garnered Minnesota All-State Cross-Country honors in 2008...Served as captain junior and senior years...Lettered in four years of track, and named Tri-Metro All-Conference in track senior year.
