KOPS' CAREER HISTORY

2022: At the Monmouth Invitational... Ran a personal record 29.23 in the 200-meter... Placed ninth in the high jump at 1.45 meters.... At the Ramapo Invite... Was fifth in the 100-hurdles (16.35), seventh in the high jump (1.46 meters), and third in the 4x400 relay (4:19.96)... Won the 100-hurdles at the Vassar College Invitational (16.23)... Fourth in the shot put at 8.15 meters and ninth in the javelin at 20.96 meters... Scored 3,233 points in the heptathlon at the Silfen Invite... Recorded a personal best mark of 1.52 meters in the high jump to place second at the Farley Invite... Took third in the 100-hurdles with a 17.18... Placed fourth in the heptathlon at the Liberty League Championships with 3,251 points... Broke the Vassar program record with a 15.95 in the 100-hurdles.

PRIOR TO VASSAR: Competed in cross country and indoor and outdoor track at Ithaca Senior High School... Named captain in 2021... Selected team MVP as a senior... Awarded conference all-star... Personal bests of 15.74 (100-meter hurdles), 8.80 (55-meter hurdles, and 5'3" in the high jump... Three-time state championship attendee... Class A Champion...
