Utica, NY - The Vassar College Men's Track and Field team registered two new school records on Saturday at the Blue and Orange Invite as the 4x200 relay set a new record mark while sophomore Owen Gifford broke the 200 meters record time.

4x200 Relay

• The relay of senior Jacob Sellitti, Gifford, first year Jagger Gullov-Singh and sophomore Ryan Fernandes finished sixth overall with a new school record time of 1:36.10.

3000 Meters (Open)

• First year Grey Fearon scored a 12th place finish in 9:25.51 followed by classmate Maslen L'Esperance in 15th place with a time of 9:31.12.

400 Meters (Invite)

• First year Lincoln Neiswender posted a 15th place finish with a time of 52.48.

Mile

• Magill raced to a top-35 finish with a time of 4:43.51.

60 Meters

• Fernandes turned in a top-35 finish with a time of 7.37 followed closely by Gifford in a personal-best 7.38.
• Sellitti crossed the finish line with a time of 7.58 for a top-60 finish.

800 Meters

• First year Ethan Spritzer earned a top-35 finish with a time of 2:06.27.

200 Meters (Open)

• Gifford registered a career-best and school record time of 23.80 for a top-30 finish while Sellitti finished in the top-40 with a time of 24.18.

3000 Meters (Invite)

• Junior Max Frazee garnered a ninth place finish with a collegiate-best time of 8:30.08.

4x400 Relay

• The relay of Neiswneder, Spritzer, senior Xavier Silverio and L'Esperance finished seventh overall with a time of 3:43.11.

Long Jump

• Gifford competed in the long jump for the Brewers

Shot Put

• Junior Adam Finnimore recorded a top toss of 11.20 meters.

Up Next

• Vassar will head to the NYU DIII Invite on Saturday, February 14.
