Rochester, NY - Junior Max Frazee led the way in the opening day of the Liberty League Championships at RIT as the junior earned a fifth place podium finish in the 5000 meters for the Vassar College Men's Track and Field Championships on Friday.

Shot Put

• Junior Adam Finnimore placed 20th overall with a top toss of 11.72 meters.

Mile

• Senior Arlo Rucker posted a 17th place finish with a time of 4:32.35 followed by first year Maslen L'Esperance in 21st position in a new season-best time of 4:43.11.

Long Jump

• Sophomore Owen Gifford turned in a 17th place finish with a top leap of 5.77 meters.

60 Meters

• Sophomore Ryan Fernandes registered a 17th place mark with a time of 7.27 followed by Gifford in 21st in a new personal-best time of 7.31.

400 Meters

• Junior Josh Garraway crossed the finish line with a time of 54.02 followed by Fernandes in 54.60.

5000 Meters

• Frazee tallied a fifth place finish to earn a podium finish with a time of 15:16.77.
• First year Jay Borland recorded a 14th place finish with a mark of 16:10.65.

Distance Medley Relay

• The relay of first year Ethan Spritzer, Garraway, first year Lincoln Neiswender and Rucker scored a sixth place finish with a time of 10:59.27.
