Max Bergman broke the school record in the long jump along with senior
Kai Chang medaling in the 10,000 meters with a seventh place finish. The Brewers sit in seventh place overall after the opening day of action.
Decathlon
- Bergman closed the opening day of the decathlon in third place overall with 3203 points
- 100 Meters - The senior finished ninth overall with a new personal-best time of 11.75.
- 400 Meters - Bergman tallied a fourth place mark with a career-best time of 52.99.
- Long Jump - Bergman earned a first place finish with a new school record of 6.82 meters.
- Shot Put - Bergman placed sixth overall with a top toss of 9.90 meters.
- High Jump - Bergman scored a third place finish with a height of 1.73 meters.
110 Meter Hurdles
- Senior Jae Young Seo qualified for tomorrow's finals with a seventh place finish in a personal-best time of 16.65.
400 Meters
- Junior Nathan Denham scored a top-20 finish with a time of 51.75.
100 Meters
800 Meters
- Sophomore Sean Miller posted the second-fastest time in the prelims to qualify for tomorrow's final with a time of 1:52.86.
- First year Nick MacDonald scored an AARTFC qualifying time with a 10th place finish in 1:55.60.
Hammer Throw
- Sophomore Adam Finnimore recorded a top toss of 34.95 meters for a top-25 finish.
200 Meters
- Denham raced to a top-25 finish with a personal-best time of 22.66 while Sellitti finished in the top-30 with a career-best time of 23.07.
3000 Meter Steeplechase
- Senior Levi Lilienthal crossed the finish line in 11th position with a career-best time of 10:17.43.
- First year Zeke DeMercurio raced to a 15th place finish in 11:13.31.
10,000 Meters
- Chang raced to a seventh place finish with an career-best and AARTFC time of 32:09.02 to earn a podium finish.
- Sophomore Max Frazee crossed the finish line in ninth place in an AARTFC and personal-best time of 32:28.41 along with junior Davis Anderson finishing 13th in 33:32.59.
